ARTHRITIS AND GOUT – FANGO (MUD) CURES (INTRODUCTION)
I remember some particularly severe cases where the patients followed all the advice given above, yet a fango treatment in Italy was still necessary to effect a cure. Where professors and doctors at Swiss clinics have been hard pressed to find some satisfactory treatment for their patients, a fango cure in conjunction with the natural remedies suggested in the previous section has proved a superb biological treatment – the best there is. Patients who could hardly move around anymore became quite capable of taking up their normal work once again. Should a fango cure in Abano or Montegrotto in Italy become necessary, the financial sacrifice it may require will no doubt seem worthwhile if the patient can regain his health and former efficiency.
If you combine a fango cure with the other three treatments already mentioned, you will not only make possible a cure of the disease, but will also ensure that it is permanent. Take the biological remedies and ampoules for injection with you so you can use them to a limited extent. When taking the fango cure, be careful not to force or overdo things. After four or five treatments take a day off.
